Delivery & Returns

How ordering works

  1. Place your order on the website or via Instagram/WhatsApp.
  2. Transfer the total (order + delivery) to our Meezan Bank account — full details on our How to Pay page. We accept bank transfer only; no Cash on Delivery.
  3. Send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp +92 333 3319819 to confirm.
  4. Your order is dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery

  • Karachi: Rs. 250
  • Outside Karachi (anywhere in Pakistan): Rs. 300
  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your city.
  • You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Exchanges

We offer a 7-day exchange from the date of delivery on unworn items in original packaging. Message us on Instagram @Khamm.pk or WhatsApp with your order number to start one.

Refunds

We offer exchanges and store credit rather than cash refunds, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error — in that case we'll replace it or refund your payment in full. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos if this happens.
